PM Modi interacts with students, parents, and teachers at Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the seventh edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, an interactive event where he shared his insights and tips on dealing with exam stress and achieving academic success, on January 29, 2024 at the Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The event was attended by about 2050 selected participants from across the country, who also got a chance to ask questions to the Prime Minister. The participants included students from classes 9 to 12, as well as their parents and teachers.

PM Modi urged the students to focus on learning rather than marks, and to develop a positive attitude towards life. He advised them to avoid negative thoughts and distractions, and to follow a balanced routine that includes adequate sleep, nutrition, and exercise.

He also advised the parents and teachers to support and encourage the students, and not to impose their expectations or comparisons on them. He said that every child is unique and has a different potential and interest, and that they should be allowed to pursue their dreams and passions.

He emphasized the importance of physical and mental health, and suggested various activities such as yoga, meditation, music, and sports to cope with stress and anxiety. He also shared some anecdotes and examples from his own life and experiences, and inspired the students to follow their dreams and passions.

The event was broadcast live on various platforms, including Doordarshan, All India Radio, and social media. The event was also translated into various regional languages for the benefit of the viewers.

The event was part of the larger initiative of the Ministry of Education, called Innovate India, which aims to foster a culture of innovation and creativity among the students. The initiative also includes online activities and quizzes on the official website, where the students can participate and win exciting prizes and certificates.
