CBSE Class 10 Result 2023 declared results today on 12 May 2023

CBSE today (May 12) announced the Class 10 board exams results. Students who appeared for the board exams can check the results at the official website of the board — cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in, umang.gov.in.

76 subjects were offered in Class 10. The exams were conducted at 7241 centres, there were 18,15,561 invigilators and 3578 evaluation centres.

This year, the pass percentage of Class 10 is 93.12 per cent. Trivandrum has come up as the best performing region at 99.91 per cent, followed by Bengaluru at 99.18 per cent, Chennai at 99.14 per cent, Ajmer at 97.27 per cent and Pune at 96.92 per cent.

Students who didn’t score as much marks as they expected can get their answer sheet re-verified. The re-verification facility will begin from May 16.

“As per earlier decision of the Board, to avoid unhealthy competition among the students, no merit list is declared by the CBSE. Also, Board is not awarding first, second and third divisions to its students. However, the board will issue the merit certificate to 0.1% of students, who have scored highest marks in the subjects,” read the official notification.
